I just watched a 16 minute video on Facebook of a mother screaming at her child calling him a bastard, bitch, pussy, ect. Then she proceeded to hit him with some object while she was standing over his playpen.. Two people were there and let it happen.. All of this was over a PHONE CHARGER. I couldn't imagine finding it in myself AS A MOTHER to act like that to a 3 year old or any age really. I understand being frustrated, my temper is short but good lord... That was heartbreaking.
And while I'm ranting, I read an article where they suggested leaving your phone, iPad, wallet, ect by the car seat so that you don't forget your child when you go into a store... In what world is your child more forgettable than your cellphone?! If you have to leave something in the back by the car seat so that you don't forget your child in the car, you don't need to be a parent. This world is sickening.

I agree 100%. No matter how tired I am or busy my kids are # 1. They are always on my mind. How do you forget your kid is in the car with you???

That's what I don't get, I couldn't forget Estella in the car regardless. I'd be to worried about someone taking her if I did among everything else that could go wrong if she was left unattended in a vehicle. @momagainjj82 @autumnsmomma125 it made me sick. It was terrible. @vella89 the finally took him away from her though, she got thrown in jail over it.

Stories of child abuse make me so sick and sad. They linger with me and make me anxious so I try to avoid them. How could anyone, let alone a mother, hurt their child?? It's beyond me.

I remember this girl I use to be cool with beat her son like was a grown man because her bd didn't want to be with her anymore . I called her mom because I was seriously scared for the baby but I didn't want her to kill him . her mom had told me to take the baby and then I called her bd then he beat her up . I Dont condone a man hitting a women but she deserved it .
