Any mums on jsa? Well I thought I'd let you know that if you plan on going on holiday abroad then you have to shut down your claim! I know, ridiculous!!! The last thing you want to be worrying about on holiday is bloody benefits!

My sister is on job seekers and she is going on holiday next month and all they said to her is that she won't be paid for the time that she is away as she won't be actively seeking work so I would question why they have told you that. @trevise you can't claim income support until 11 weeks from your due date xx

Even if not a mum you have to stop the claim. When I used to be on it I had to stop my claim x

Yeah I know that but I was on ESA not JSA @tarishakvd then I recently applied for IS

@trevise, me and my other half are on a partner claim which is technically a joint claim but I am exempt from signing
