Ive lost 13lbs since January and hopefully I'll lose 13lb by end of the summer. Haven't done much workout only 2-3times a week indoorcycling and walking alot. Eat the same amount as before. Cant really decrease the amount food I eat cuz Ive noticed my milk is not enough when I eat less. I know my son doesnt need breastmilk as much as when he was under 6months but I want to countinue at least 2-3months more before I stop breastfeeding...
