I had to but I was cut & tore really bad. I just brought it with me.

I just use the witch hazel pads and pat it down

I was cut pretty bad too I carried it and if I forgot it I would wet some paper and pat it. It's a relief feeling the fresh water down there when you have fresh cuts lol

I was never told to use a spray bottle, instead I use baby wipes to wipe and witch hazel pads stayed on the pad for the first 5 or so days. they also gave me cortisone 10 cream and a numbing/cooling spray which I'm still using. the cream keeps the stitches moist so I have no pain now, 2 weeks pp.

I just stayed in for the couple of weeks except for the doctors office and I just tossed it in the diaper bad

Okay lol was just curious ... So ready for my body to heal ...

Put it in my bag fill it in the sink before I go into the stall
