I'm afraid I may be leaking anomic fluid what Is a good way to know ? I'm at work right now but I'm leaking a lot more then normal and top it off I've been having small contractions and im nauseas I'm not sure 100% what it is but I am not feeling good at all I'm even light headed and I've been drinking nothing but water any idea what it could be?

maybe go to L&D? when I went they told me to lay for a while then stand up if I leaked it was fluid and it should be constant. better safe than sorry

Do a kegel. If it trickles through the kegel then it's fluids

I would definitely leave work and go to the hospital. The fact that you're nauseous on top of everything else could be a sign of early labor.
