I can't believe I forgot to post when we found out-but I had posted before about being really scared about being told there was an echogenic intracardiac focus on my baby's heart, which 'could be a soft marker for chromosomal abnormalities like Down's or Edward's.' Making it even more scary, my SO's mom had a baby with Edward's a long time ago and he of course didn't live. So I had the materniT21 test done, was told it would be about 2 weeks to get the results. After an AGONIZING FOUR WEEKS, during which I was really not myself/kind of depressed/feeling disconnected from my pregnancy, I got the phone call that my results were NEGATIVE!!! My baby is healthy and I've never felt this much relief or gratitude. I'm 25 weeks now & have an appointment today. <3 Thanks for the support on my previous post mamas.
thank you girl! Amen 💓 @wandal24
