Hey ladies any of you had severe pelvic pain? I'm almost 36 weeks and have been dealing with it since like 30 weeks. It wasn't bad at first but now I can barely move without wanting to cry. I told my midwife and she just shrugged it off (I hated her anyway). I see an actual OB on Tuesday but I wanna know how you ladies dealt with it if you had it.

It sounds to me like the baby is pushing down. Once my son flipped head down the pressure was pretty rough.

It wasn't too bad at first but now sometimes when I move my pelvis will pop and kind of ease the pain for about 5 minutes. @logansmommy2016

I would definitely talk to the ob about it. Soaking in a warm bath may help. And sitting with your feet up. You can even prop pillows under your feet/calves to elevate your legs when you lay down. It may help relieve the pressure. Also Tylenol is safe.

Walking, sitting on a exercise ball, pelvic stretches all Help. Also sleep with a pillow in between your legs
