What are people's opinions on raspberry leaf tea? When can you start drinking it? What effects does…

You can drink it from.about 34 weeks. it doesn't bring on labour but it speeds it up when you are in labour. You start drinking about 1 cup a day and work up to 3 cups a day. I've drank it with all my pregnancies including this one :) xxx

i drank it as i heard it can start labour it didnt i was drinking it from 37weeks 3 times a day as they told me i would be induced on my due date but nothing xx

That's great. I was one week overdue and drank it the Monday morning. got taken into hospital that same night and gave birth Tuesday afternoon. I think it helped.

It's great I drank it from 36 weeks 2-3 times a day labour was an hour!

It's not meant to start labour it's to soften ur cervix so labour isn't too long

Its supposed to tone your uterus making it faster but not actually inducing it xx

I agree with @cookedsushi 37 weeks is a good start. as for the taste, it's nice. I still drink it now because it has other benefits.
