For any mummy's out there I can't recommend this enough! Been using it in my sons room now for about 3 nights now! And he's slept from 8pm to 8.30am since this has been in his room! I swear by it! £6 in asda and you get 5 refills with it! 😁💙

It doesn't really say! It just says whenever you feel the smell is fading just replace! And iv had it now for 3 nights and they have been on for about 10/12 hours each night and there still going strong!x @jod1303
