My BD will be here Saturday and I want sex soo freaking bad! Its been over a month since we've done it. But I don't know if I should or if I can. So QUESTION...can/should I have sex being that I'm already 4cm dilated?

I'd check with the doctor. With your cervix being dilated it could raise your chance for an infection. @jaycemommy I wouldn't chance it without the doctors approval.
