What is his temperature? If he's shaking it could be because he has the chills and that usually happens when you have the flu

no he's not shaking, he just gets he's hands & tucks them under him and want me to hold him and pulls on the blanket but his skin is boiling hot, i can't fine he's thermometer to check his temperature @sarahsolis

Wet socks on his feet. It draws the fever down and out. And you can cuddle him at the same time. Hope he feels better soon. Fever's are never fun.

a small blanket nothing heavy if he is burning up most of the time doctors tell you not to cover them at all but I use a sheet for my daughter
