Anyone else feel like when they walk or stand up there baby is just gonna fall right out of there vagina... Or can't close your legs all the way because it hurts so bad... I can barely pick my legs up to crawl in bed...???? What can I do or what does this mean I'm a FTM

I can barely move it hurts so bad... My dr won't check bc I'm not at 36 weeks... What can I do?!?

My doctor told me to do those kegel exercises but that makes the pain worse to me I guess we just gotta deal with it till our babies come out

I have the same thing as well it usually means your babies turning and starting to go head down. I went to the dr today and my baby girl is all the way head down and the pressure is horrible I feel like my hips are ripping apart lol. sleeping with a pillow in between your legs laying on your side helps allot!!
