My doctor suggests more than 4 in an hr before 37 weeks that i should drink water, lay on my left side and then call if they continue

^^^ that and my OB said that if they get 5 minutes apart and last for a minute for over an hour then to head in to labor and delivery to be checked.

You should be fine. L&D will probably tell you until they are closer together they won't really be able to do anything. Just keep an eye on them. If they get worse or get closer together then call and see what they tell you

Ok I'll try the water and lay down and see what happens...I've been laying down on my side and would rotate but didn't have water @arivera64....I've been timing them almost a minute long but not 5 mins apart but will monitor them more closely@kaylaskibinski

yes sometimes even if you've been drinking what you think is enough, your body needs more. Try it out and see what happens. Good luck

Will do, last couple of days they've been getting stronger and closer together but none like they have been today so it had me a little nervous and had me practicing my yoga breathing 😂😂@kgreer

Like the other ladies said drink water and try to relax. See if taking a bath helps. Towards the end baths will be your second home. Like I said keep track of them really well and if they get to bad. Just call. I mean they will probably just monitor you to see if anything is going on and to see if you have dilated any.

Yes like they said drink water because that can cause contractions that's what happened to me
