DO NOT use Caster Oil. it can cause baby to have a bowel movement inutero and baby can inhale it on the way out and cause respiratory issues. Try walking and deep squats

caster oil is bad. don't.
try doing natural stuff...like walking.

no castor oil. primrose oil helps as well!
