I've gotten kind of bad at remembering to take my Prenatal Vitamins.. is it really bad that I haven't taken them for maybe a month ??

They're more for you than for the baby, for the most part the baby steals what it needs from you. If you're not going to take them try to eat healthy so the baby still has access to the good vitamins but not a huge deal.
