I can't believe I was in love with someone who made me dislike my family at some point who never provided for my baby or I and who now is trying to fight custody and child support ... I can't believe I'm pregnant with another one of his kids. I hope there nothing like there father when they grow up. And I just pray to god my babies stay with me 😥.

They favor the mother. Unless he can prove you're an unfit mother. But if he can't find legit proof, you'll have custody, and he'll get visitation rights.

I don't work right now I'm starting school in August after I give birth. I just feel like since I don't work and he does than that can happen @mommytoprincessmckenzie

I don't work either. But if you have the ability to care and take care of that baby even with parents help if needed, you're not an unfit parent.
