for us, we're doing a second shower. Our oldest will be 5 2 months after the baby gets here....so we don't really have a lot of her old things anymore. plus car seats can't be used and we're going to be doing things a little differently.
Considering the fact that my oldest is 11 years old and my youngest is 9. We are having a 3rd baby shower. I think it would depend on the situation. Baby showers are a celebration for a the pregnancy not an avenue for people to buy things for the baby.
