I had to get something prescribed for hemorrhoids:( it's called proctozone, it's a cream like prep H. I also got this "bottom spray" that's made by earth mama angel baby that helps a lot

tucks pads are basically pads with witchhazel on them. make sure your md puts you on a stool softner and dont push hard when you go. they're such a pain but for me they haven't gone away.
