I've been taking the same capsules for a few weeks now! But I should tell you you're gonna need a hell of a lot more pineapple. It takes about 7 to get enough of the enzyme for it to do anything 😞 I had about 6 in a 2 day period and still nothing wahh
@emkasting, oh my gosh, really?! Lol there's no way I could do that! It tears my mouth up if I eat too much lol. Have you had good results with the EPO?! And yes I actually don't mind the tea! So that works!
Yeah my mouth is super sore lol it was basically torture even though I love the taste of pineapple haha! I had someone on here tell me about that actually and once I did some research I was like damn... :( haha. As far as the EPO goes I'll have to let you know! I have yet to get a cervix check but since I'm now overdue I'm planning to get my membranes swept at tomorrow's appointment, so I'll know then if I've dilated at all! I have been taking them orally for a few weeks now, but only just started inserting them. I hate doing it haha I feel like I'm not getting them up far enough. But I hope it does something

This is why I love canned pineapple though lol, it doesn't mess your mouth up! But since it doesn't contain the enzyme to help induce labor I couldn't get it :(

As far as the EPO goes though take 3 orally daily and insert 3 vaginally at night. And drink as much of the red raspberry leaf tea as you can stand!

I also really like the tea. Both that and the EPO is supposed to make your labor faster and shorter. I hope it does!

the core is supposed to contain the most of the enzyme, so make sure to eat that if you can stand to!
