HELP!! I was feeding my baby && out of nowhere he vomits all the milk! like it flew out his mouth!…

I wouldnt give him anything, if he keeps vomiting when you try to feed him you should take him in, but he could have just over ate this time

My baby started randomly doing that after almost every feed at about two weeks old, and it turned out to be like a lactose intolerant type deal. I switched him to soy based formula instead of milk based and he's been a lot better. I also give my son 4 ounces but stop and burp him at 2, (burping really helps) and I just try to feed him slowly.. Idk if that helps you but I had major issues with that so if you need any help feel free to message me! Also can you schedule an appointment with your pediatrician?

that's weird because he currently has a cold, but it went away && cane back for the 3rd time.

It could be so many things, acid reflux, being lactose intolerant, him being sick, etc. but i agree, you should try to burp him as much as possible. When my daughter was still that little i burped her every ounce

He could be gassy, do you have any drops?

Sounds like reflux. My baby was the exact same way and his pediatrician prescribed him ranitidine.
