Do u always have to loose your mucous plug?

Always, but sometimes we don't notice it :) I never noticed with my first two. This time, it's been coming out in chunks.. eeew lol

Ah, well I've been losing mine for weeks and it just keeps growing back and I am 39 weeks! lol I think I am overthinking also. Omg every little cramp I get I'm on edge haha!

Omg that's all bad, at least im not the only one like I see all the other moms going into labor and I'm lowkey hating. And I get period like cramps and I'm guessing those are what my contractions are but they don't last long so I can't even really time them, I'm getting so dang anxious 🙄

I lost mine a 2 days before I gave labor. so 39 weeks. I gave labor exactly on 40th week on my due date.
