Please remember guys every pregnancy and baby is different. None of my three kids made it past 37…

To be clear. Only reason I am going to be prepared for labor, is because I had them all early. If I do not, I am prefectly fine with that. I will just be ready for when she is ready.

I can't even carry a baby past 5 months without help because of my uterus I made it to 35 week which was awesome but by 35 weeks I made it to 6cm dilated with a bulging bag I was uncomfortable because my uterus isn't strong my baby was tiny I had diabetes and they were worried she would be big but that wasn't the case so it's true not all pregnancies are the same

Couldn't agree more! All these women wanting there babies out at 36 weeks and such is just pure craziness! If ya can't handle pregnancy than prevent it! Cause going early the child has to pay for that! My water broke at 30 weeks and I hope all my other pregnancies go past 40 weeks! They all just really don't understand how hard it is on the baby to go early

@camdensmamma, Honestly my soon to be three year old dealt with kidney reflux the first 6 months of life, I mean she kept UTI. She got surgery before one year old, so she is good now. Around 37 weeks is when eye development happens, so the eye doctor said. My 5 year old had cataract surgery on both eyes. So I am just hopimg everything is ok with my son, and hope rhis baby makes it further.

I found this out after I lost my first at 20 weeks. My girl is amazing after 3 weeks in the NICU she was only 4.13oz she did everything to term meaning she was healthy just premature so she needed help feeding she slept through most but they said it was very normal now she eats like a piggy lol

I had my son 2 weeks ago at 36 weeks and 2 days, and it was a 50/50 shot on whether he would be healthy or not. and let me tell you, it is the scariest thing in the world when you have just delivered your baby and they take him away from you to go to the NICU and you don't know what is wrong. luckily his lungs were just a bit underdeveloped, which is NORMAL for a baby born at 36 weeks, because that is a month early! he is 2 weeks now and still in the NICU because he isn't eating fully on his own yet, he doesn't have the stamina to stay awake long enough, but it is a blessing that his lungs were the only issue when he was born. I will never understand women who want to take that kind of risk with their baby, all for a little bit of comfort.

@maybabyboy, I never beought labor on, it just came. I totally agree with you, I just thabk god my kids came the way they did. A lot of worse things could of happened, and no one ever takes that into consideration when they self induce labor.

I didn't even get to think about trying to cause labor, my water just broke when I was at work lol!! I keep telling my husband that I could deliver any future babies early too, and he says I better not lol.

@maybabyboy, I am actually following directions, and going to hope I make it to atleast 38 or 39 weeks. I wouldn't mind being over due. I don't think other ladies understand. They take babies like mine, amd say hers was fine. Yes but not really, they had future problems. That each doctor

said glad I caught it early.

I just can't believe that women would take the risk if their baby maybe not being healthy. I would so much rather still be pregnant right now, my due date was may 30th and I wish I had lasted that long!
