I love when your boss texts you at 12 am & says he has put you on the schedule to work at 10 am-3…

i would call HR and question that bc what if u were asleep and didn't receive that msg?? and that's inappropriate to call or even text someone after 10pm

he did sadly . & I can't afford to lose that job .. I make really good money there . I just he wasn't such a ass hole sometimes

we really don't have a HR . it's a private country club . our "HR" Is a bigger dick head than him . & well I shouldn't have texted back but I didn't think he would respond the way he did. I guess I will just suck it up. I'm sick as it is. I might call out the other job I don't make crap there & I get hardly any hours there

Well from what I understand if you weren't on the initial schedule is not your fault and you can't be written up.....but I understand if you need the money I'd be like you can pay me time & a half! haha I'd be calling someone and reporting them! haha GOOD LUCK GIRLIE @mommyrai

do u guys have anyone else above ur HR guy, like a CEO or president to that country club that u could talk to?? totally get that, that is a good paying job but ur boss crossed the line and I would save those msgs as a witness on how he talks to the employees and the time he is msging u guys. or call the state and see who u can speak to about the matter cuz I would have bitched him out for that. I don't take crap from managers who talk and act poorly like that @mommyrai
