mine said i can eat typical things. That way they know my normal blood sigar

it depends if its a 3 hr glucose test or just the 1 hr. typically they do the 1 hr first which you can eat and drink up until you take the test

I ate eggs and toast what they told me to eat.

My OB let me eat, she said nothing with sugar, and only drink water.

I wasn't aloud to eat or drink from midnight, the night before.

I was allowed to eat, but you need to ask your OB they all do it differently
