she latches great , I'll try and make her more comfortable

My son just started doing that, it's usually because he has a burp. So I stop and burp him and then put him back on the boob and that has seem to fix the problem. She might have tiny bubbles in her tummy.

Is she latching properly?

maybe she sucking and it won't come out it hurts baby's jaw when they sucks really hard an it can cause a ear infection. ..or maybe she's just uncomfortable try putting a pillow under her while breastfeeding
