What helps with hips that hurt pretty bad? I have tried warm showers, Tylenol and as of right now a heating pad/blanket and none of that is working....

I wished I knew something! mine kill constantly and it just seems to get worse the further along I get.

I'm only 16 weeks and this has been going on since I was about 9-10 weeks and I can't take it anymore...
