got a weird question lol. so I read online about banana water helping you sleep. Callie hasn't slept well in the past maybe week cause she's been sick, have any of you tried it? if so does it work? I obviously don't want to give her sleeping medicine just trying to help her, she's been pretty grumpy without good sleep but I want something natural that works
