My son just needed it every once and a while for a couple months. I could give him one dose 2 times a day and it helped amazing!

I've been having to give him gas drops like 4 times a day!

It's as needed but the box also has a max dose for the day. Once in a while I give it to him and I never give the 2.5 ml they recommend to me that's too much . I give him 0.5 ml or sometimes 0.3 ml and it seems to do the trick . I use little remedies and it says every 4 hours no more than 6 doses a day .
