4 weeks pregnant, looking for a job. Conflicted about declaring my pregnancy to the hiring manager.

I doubt it's gonna conflict w. your job .. I had to quit mine when I was half way thru my second trimester 😕

I am 20 weeks today and had an interview today. You still can't really tell if I dress a certain way. I didn't say anything- I'm not going to until I'm hired and this job seemed promising. You don't need to disclose anything!

Say nothing. Then you "happened" to find out around 10-13 weeks (;

Honestly you are so early most don't even know so I wouldn't worry about it. But at the same time they can't not hire you because you tell them and they know you will take a leave in 8-9 months. I'm a hiring manager of retail and have hired pregnant people..

You have no obligation to disclose that! I would leave it out during the interview, and maybe tell them right before you sign a contract. If they offer a job they can't legally retract it due to pregnancy. Or just wait till you've already started, and let them know till you are comfortable sharing. Best of luck with the job interview!
