the cramps is on going but no pain or contractions

just the baby coming down more..if its coming and going cramps for 30 seconds...and doesn't hurt it's Braxton hicks...like tightening.

i was thinking that but not having any contractions.

Could be signs of labor? I'm a FTM so I'm not positive but that's what I've heard.
