Everything i eat is causing me such discomfort 😣 i drink milk but this seems to be causing the same problem too... never thought of the love heart sweets thats fantastic, as i cannot stomach the chalky flavourless indigestions tabs 😷 x

I heard milk can make it worse so I'd stay away from that @hillbillybambino lol. I've never heard of love heart sweets working but definitely going to give it a try, thanks @tasha349 ❤ xx

I've been virtually living on gavisgon since I was about 20 weeks!!

nerds (sweets) and ginger biscuits helped me and plenty of gaviscon or peptac xx

im 25 weeks and its liturally come on past few days but seems its with everything i eat, where as with my daughter it was with mince meals or mash potatoe... x

I have had terrible acid reflux, I live on Gaviscon and antacid tablets. also milk didn't work for me made it worse but Frijii milkshake worked and tastes so good haha. Hope it eases up for you @kirsty1989 xx

teaspoon of bicarb soda in half a pint of water make sure it's all dissolved and then just drink it all as quick as you can tastes nasty but it works x
