How do you prepare the rice cereal ? In a bottle so lost first time mom problems

I always mixed in a bowl never in a bottle. I mixed it with formula & u can mix it with breast milk also

I usually put a teaspoon in the bottle. Not too much, she got constipated when I put too much

Teaspoon in the already mixed bottle. May need to make the hole in the nipple a little bigger
