i have a belt and do find it helps slightly. makes you more stable xx

awww no way I'm massive and only 25wks really struggling  get days were I can't even walk...Yeah baths are fab but I like them boiling which is not good lol x

Ive tried for my SPD! And I don't find it comfortable at all! Now I'm big too it's even worst. But would try it out, try anything I did. Baths are good!
