I just felt like a gush of wetness in my pants & I look at my panties & they're soak I'm scared my water just broke

That's what I thought it was at first , but when I discharge it never leaves me soaked like that , but I'm going to call my doctor right now thank you @agastinamarie

Discharge does increase as your pregnancy progresses so don't panic. Hopefully all is well!

put on a pantiliner or pad and if it gets soaked within a short time call your doctors office. it may just be an increase in discharge.
