Is he hungry ? I wouldn't unless he's not getting enough milk. As long as he's gaining every week. I Wouldn't worry every baby is different

he's gaining but not near enough as he should be and I'm giving him the recommended amount of milk and more

My son was underweight and we were referred to a nutritionist who helped us to find out why he wasn't gaining any weight (he went from 35th percentile at birth to underweight at 2 months). Maybe it would be a good idea to see if you could get a referral to a nutritionist too? We ended up having to weigh my son twice a week before they finally did anything, though, so maybe keep pushing until they agree to refer you. We were told not to use baby rice until 4 months x
