feels like your about to crap your pants with diarrhea 😂😂 that's a perfect way to explain it!! somtimes when they get bad I start to sweat too

The best way I can describe them is a tightening around your whole abdomen, to me it's that feeling like your about to crap your pants with diarrhea , lasts about 20 seconds and goes away
