Hi I'm new to this I have a 17 month old little boy and identical twin girls who are 8 weeks old but we're 5 weeks premature. They are both bring up a lot of there feeds (both bottle fed) does anybody have any advice to help with this ☺️

with my daughter I would try and keep her still during and after her feed. so I switched to feeding her in her bouncer so that I wouldn't have to move her once shed finished. The lack of movement seemed to reduce the amount of spit up. Then as she got older it stopped almost all together. my son was never sick so I was new to having a baby that spit up. x

ask Dr for infant gaviscon. my daughter was only 3 weeks early but she is sick a lot and that stops it

my 8 weeks old son same he on radnitadine for it to help with pain its an antacid gaviscon good makes milk heavy to stay in tummy but also can block up there wee bowels so then need more meds to make them poo just keep an eye on I only used radnitadine so my son don't get backed up cause he was born size of 35 weeker and his bowels are really slow and sluggish my 2nd born son was on gav and radnitadine and helped but ended up also on granules for tummy pain and lactose to help him poo he was on so many meds it done more worse than good messed up his wee system for ages everything was needing meds to work properly for him xxxx
