found out 4 weeks ago that I'm pregnant, 12 week scan tomorrow and I'm dreading telling my mam I'm pregnant....at 27 years old that can't be normal? I know for a fact I'm going to get a lecture about money, my 2 year old, etc etc granted we are also panicking about money as I won't be getting maternity but surely it's not all about money

You should still be entitled to maternity allowance right I'm 25 having my first and we gave had to wing it all

that's what I thought, but googled it and because I've not worked since I had my son over 2 year ago I'm not entitled, it's so confusing x
