My cousins baby makes these wheezing noises when she drinks her bottle or sometimes when she's laying down. Her baby is only a month old and she ended up taking her to the ER because it sounded like the baby couldn't breath. Long story short, the ER said they couldn't do anything about it. So then they went to her pediatrician and now her baby has to see a specialist to check out her trachea because apparently it didn't develop completely in the womb.

Has anyone ever experienced this or heard of this kind of scenario happening?
