TMI, but every time I have used the bathroom there is blood when I wipe and have noticed it in my stool as well. This has been going on for a while now! Any ideas??

@babyjjsmommy, my mom had hemorrhoids after she had my brother and they never bothered her but she did bleed.

you're probably scratching the inside of walls of your intestines perhaps your stool is to hard caused by dehydration (I know because it's occurred to me in the past).
