It helps regulate your period and stuff.

I just read a lot of people miscarried when they were pregnant because they stopped it right after they found out and it caused a miscarriage.. Well now I'm scared to take it..

you would need to speak with your doctor about that one, I've heard that it is not good to take during pregnancy but I have also spoke to one woman who said her doctor recommend it to thicken the lining of her uterus in the first twelve weeks of hers. I guess it would just depend on your situation and doctor. I mentioned vitex to my doctor and she had no idea what it was so.....good luck! I definitely do recommend taking it as a supplement before pregnancy though, I was taking it for the many benefits it has, it totally helped my moodiness during pms.

That's what I was gonna take it for but now I'm scared to because of what I've all read but I'm scared I'm gonna be taking it and get pregnant and it be to soon to tell and then to late and miscarry.
