I just cleaned my rings, found a container of Connisseurs and forgot how awesome it worked! These rings are old and it made them look good! First time I've been able to wear them since my son was in the NICU because the NICU soap tore my hands up and it took 3 months to heal...they are STILL healing!

No special stuff just lots of alcohol tearing my hands up no lotions nothing it was terrible my hands were literally peeling and rough still are but not as much

@mimiz, Oh ok. We'll in our NICU here they had a surgical alcohol based soap called Triseptin, and we had to scrub in for 3 minutes with it up to the elbow every time we entered the NICU. I was ALWAYS there, and even just stepping out into the hallway to use the phone warranted another handwashing..Needless to say, I developed some serious skin issues from it. I think I might have eczema on my fingers now.
