Can you feel when your water is about to break?

I swear my baby is kicking so hard it feels like it's fixing to break 🙈 but I've never heard of someone saying they could feel anything specific before it breaks

@boymama, ok I just feel a whole lot more pressure down there than usual and didn't know if the constant pressure could lead to it breaking or not

If your baby has dropped its probably causing the more intense pressure and that could lead to your water breaking! @meboom01

@boymama, she has dropped, I'm just not dilated or all the way thinned out yet and I'm 39 weeks 😞

I feel you pains ! I feel the same way rn. but unfortunately I asked my OB and she said it's just pressure, women don't often know it even breaks let alone when it's about to Lol but I'm completely thinned and at a 3 and 38 weeks. I'm being induced (sorta) on thursday

@haileyjane03, they'll probably have to induce me, my body doesn't want her to come out but I'm getting really uncomfortable. I can't stand more than 5 minutes without my back hurting. And last night my calves and feet were so swollen I couldn't stand

I've been in stage 1 labor for 12 days, since my water won't break itself during the irregular contractions, she's going to break my water and let me take it from there . As long as everything goes right :)
