My 3 week old has a red mark in his eye. I'm thinking maybe he scratched it with his nails or maybe he popped a blood vessel in his eye from straining too hard while pooping or crying. Anyone else's little one ever had that in their eye?

When my niece popped a blood vessel in her eye it was a brighter red. They was told to keep a warm rag on it throughout the day. My baby has a red spot in her eye but I'm not concerned since it was there when she was born. Her daddy has one too
