CAN I VENT?!??! Sooooooo we were about to rent this house for 3 to 4 years and the person from the company told us after we looked at it we needed to go online and do the application and pay the fee or give the application fee in person and get the paper application....so I do it online and everything and wait for a call back after a whole week go past here it is Monday so my husband has been calling and texting this chick and the office and no call backs no nothing that's fine plan B but what I'm pissed about is that 90 dollar nonrefundable application fee! I'm glad we didn't rent from this company I ended up looking them up seeing a 1 star rating bad reviews tons of BBB complaints and a bad grade and how they scam people out of their money ugh

@mimiz, it really does because we have to be out of this house we're in like yesterday after we pay rent this week this slum lord will not get another dime we're already in a not so ideal situation I don't need to go into another one....that money could have went on one of my children or another application for somewhere else

Yeah. Barely. Nothing good. We've only rented through Nvest for a few months but they're pretty great so far.

Yes. Like I said we've only been here for a few months but they've fixed everything we asked them to and we haven't had any problems at all.
