It depends on how the bleeding is, like how heavy/dark it is. I hate talking about blood, but from personal experiences my bleeding after my c section lasted maybe 2 weeks? With my vaginal birth it lasted 19 days.
I had bled for 4 weeks after having my baby. on the 5 week, I got my period && its my period because I had cramps on my legs, belly, my back was hurting. && I been having it light for two weeks now, but it still hasn't gone away, so I'm worried. @sarahdrew

depending on how old your baby is, it's probably post partum bleeding not your period

you could always put in a call to your doctor.... I bled for about 7 weeks after mine and my first period only lasted 5 days
