lost my daughter's wic folder. now I can't get any help till Aug. on top of that I'm sick.

u should call the wic to let them know it's lost so they can cancel both the checks and card. they can not issue u a new one if it's not canceled.

@belle_116, pa don't get cards. but I did call and tell them. I asked them to help me with my daughters formula. it's prescription and slightly expensive.

oh how come? I thought cards r given everywhere. the benefits of the card is that no one can use ur check without ur membership card even if it's signed.

and easy for them to just send u new checks. but yeah they won't help u with that especially by phone. I would suggest u try to go in and talk to them personally and they might give it to u
