My 3 week old baby boy has a diaper rash... Any tips?

I can still use baby wipes right? Should I be washing his butt? Or letting it air out? @sarahemccormick

I would use sensitive wipes (I always do all the time anyways) or soft paper towels and water

yea... after you clean him each time... put the butt paste on it.. and it clears it up fast... you can let it air out... I didn't have to... @briplusone

I agree with @miilyfestyle the Boudreaux butt paste is great!
