Yeah the cops most likely won't do anything because you both live there, you aren't trespassing and no crime has been committed. It's just lame that he is attempting to do that to you.

he got me so upset that I started to have period cramping and getting nauseous. I told him he was wasting the sheriffs time and cops hate that shit. he's being spiteful and ridiculous. the joke is even with all the assholes I've been with, not one of them ever called the cops on me to "remove" me. he tries to act all superior and we he doesn't get his way he trys to go to higher grounds and its gonna back fire on him @klarrissab

That's actually not true. My friend went through this and cops did remove her even with her children there.

All her husband had to do was say she threw her keys at him (and she didn't even do that) They removed her on the spot and one of her children isn't even his. It's 100% legal. And it was a military situation but they lived off base so it was dealt with by city cops. Are you on the lease?

there is no lease where we live. well Idk if he ever signed anything but landlord is an old guy that doesn't deal with paperwork. @beccasaty but I was told in this county that they won't remove me since I'm prego but Idk how true that is.

@klarrissab, right that's why I asked if she was on the lease because if she is, they can't remove her unless they locked her up which all he has to say legally is she hit him or he was scared for his well being and boom, shes gone. But if she's on the lease and he doesn't lie and screw her (even more because this is BS in general and completely immature and unfair) then they can't remove her.

@nessa_475, I don't think pregnancy has anything to do with it. If I were you, I would call the non emergency number and just ask in a scenario situation lol.

@beccasaty, @klarrissab hey ladies, ok so jus an update, apparently he did call the cops and they basically told him that he was wasting their time and to work it out and I got him to chill the fuck out and made him realize that stressing me out at this point is a no no cuz it could put the baby in distress and that made him chill out. he apologized for being an asshole bc he was under stress. I'm not one to leave a relationship based on petty non sense. he laid down with me and made a baby and now he needs to step up and be there. I appreciate u both talking to me about the situation and giving me ur advice and input. much love and blessings to both u ladies 💜🙏
