Ah happy start of the third trimester!!! (Tomorrow). I love seeing women on here with positive attitudes like you. Of course being pregnant during summer may be uncomfortable at times but I think that goes for any time of the year, pregnancy is uncomfortable no matter the weather! But it's such a beautiful thing and like you I feel so incredibly lucky to have had such a wonderful pregnancy even though I had to be pregnant during the whole winter.

amen to that. i like the idea of being pregnant during the warmer months because the cold hurts my body and being pregnant in the cold would be worse. plus having a positive attitude about it makes it easier to manage.

@emkasting, I heard it with my oldest (she's a July baby) I wasn't thrilled about being pregnant during the summer cause that whole pregnancy was miserable for me with everyone telling what a huge mistake I was making and how my sister-in-law would adopt the baby if I'd just put her up for adoption. 😢 This pregnancy I'm not due until August 21st. I'm enjoying my last pregnancy. people can feel bad for me because it'll be during the summer I'm okay with it. I can handle the heat and being a little sweaty. I'm not letting that deter me from having a fun pregnancy

@sierranichols, I was pregnant and miserable in the cold weather with my last pregnancy. (well pregnant during winter all 4 pregnancies but not too far along) I'd much rather be pregnant in the warm weather.

The only reason i complain is because i dont handle heat well. can never find a bathing suit that fits right and i barely have any summer clothes.

That's how I feel! Pretty sure we have the same due date lol

My son was born August 30 and honestly I can't say that I was miserable because of it. Maybe because I have more of your attitude about pregnancy, I loved every minute of it and took none of it for granted. I also go to the pool so much in the summer that it never had a chance to bother me. And dresses are so much more comfortable than the winter clothes

@bianca_rose, there's no reason to be upset by being pregnant. Yeah lots of women suffer from things I've never experienced but each pregnancy is a blessing as long as you look at it as one!

Good for you momma! I love your confidence!😀 I could use a little bit of that, I'm afraid to show my stomach to my boyfriend but I'm getting better. I'm due August 15th and am not too worried about the heat. I know it will be a little uncomfortable but I'm not going to complain because I am loving being pregnant. Embrace it girl!😀😀

@schu35, I've learned that the only persons opinion of how my body looks (besides mine) is my Hubby's. he's constantly telling me how gorgeous I am and how he loves everything about me. I never had as much confidence as I do now! I hope every woman can have this much confidence in their lives. Every woman is beautiful and should feel confident with her body!
